Mother’s day pavlova

Preparation time : 20 minutes
Cooking time : 75 minutes

Ingredients (for 6 people) :

– 6 egg whites
– 340 g of sugar
– 1,5 teaspoon of vinegar
– 1,5 tablespoon of Maizena
– Whipped cream
– Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries…

Recipe preparation :

Beat the whites in very firm snow.

Add the sugar slowly.

Beat again.

Add the vinegar and the Maizena.

Beat again.

The mixture should be very firm and shiny.

Put on a non stick baking paper

It should be placed in the shape of a circle high enough (8 to 10cm).

Bake at 130 ° C for 1h15.

Let cool.

Put in the fridge.

An hour before serving, put the whipped cream and the fruit over it.
